By using Nichr you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Nichr. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We comply with UK age verification requirements under the Online Safety Act 2023.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases and refunds

Once you have purchased a game, you own a personal licence to download and play it. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the game files.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have rights in respect of digital content that is faulty or misdescribed. You may be entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The game is demonstrably broken or unplayable due to a fault on our end; or
• The game content materially differs from its description or marketing materials.

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by consenting to immediate access at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this right once the digital content is made available to you. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Refunds in other circumstances are at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your Nichr wallet balance or, where possible, to the original payment method.

4. Creator terms

Creators retain full ownership of their games and grant Nichr a licence to sell and distribute their work on the platform. Nichr takes a platform fee on all sales: 20% for games priced at $9.99 or above, and 25% for games priced below $9.99. Platform fee rates and tier thresholds are subject to change at Nichr's discretion; any changes will be communicated to active creators via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Payouts are processed manually with a minimum of $50 USD within 2-5 business days of a payout request. Creators in certain regions may incur a small additional fee on payouts to cover international transfer costs. This fee is deducted from the payout amount and is typically under $3 USD. Creators should contact Nichr prior to their first payout request to confirm the applicable fee for their region.

Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with our Content Policy and all applicable laws. Content that violates our policies will be removed and the creator's account may be suspended.

5. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Nichr:

• Any content depicting or implying minors in sexual situations
• Content that violates any applicable law
• Malware or harmful software

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Nichr is owned by its respective creators. The Nichr platform, branding, and design are owned by Nichr. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nichr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
