Creator Information
Nichr is an adult platform and we take content moderation seriously. Every game is reviewed by our team before it goes live. This page covers what is and isn't allowed on the platform, and the terms that govern your participation as a creator.

Strictly prohibited - zero tolerance
The following content will never be permitted on Nichr under any circumstances. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:
- Content involving minors. Any sexual content depicting, suggesting, or implying characters under 18 years of age. This includes drawn, rendered, or written content. All characters in sexual situations must implicitly be adults. No 3000 year old dragon-girls.
- Real person content. Sexual content featuring real, identifiable individuals without clear evidence of consent.
- Malware. Games or files that contain harmful, malicious, or deceptive code.
Allowed content
Nichr supports a wide range of adult content including but not limited to:
- Visual novels, RPGs, action games, and all other genres with adult themes
- Explicit sexual content between adult characters
- Fantasy creatures and non-human characters (who are adults)
- BDSM, fetish, and kink content between consenting adult characters
- Horror and dark themes
- LGBTQ+ content
Review process
Every game submitted to Nichr is reviewed by our team before publication. We check for policy compliance, confirm the game works as described, and verify that marketing materials (cover image, screenshots, description) accurately represent the content.
If a game is rejected, the creator will receive a clear explanation of what needs to change before resubmission (if applicable).
Reporting content
If you believe a game on Nichr violates this policy, please contact us with details. We investigate all reports and take action where necessary.
Eligibility
To become a creator on Nichr you must be at least 18 years of age. Creator accounts are invite-only. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion. By applying, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to sell digital goods in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Nichr. By submitting content to the platform, you grant Nichr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace and delivering purchases to customers. This licence does not grant Nichr the right to sublicence, sell, or commercially exploit your content outside of the Nichr platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to any third-party assets (music, fonts, code libraries, etc.) used in your games.
Revenue and payouts
Nichr takes a platform fee on all sales: 20% for games priced at $9.99 or above, and 25% for games priced below $9.99. You receive the remainder of the listed sale price for each completed purchase. Earnings accumulate in your creator balance and are paid out upon request, subject to a minimum balance of $50 USD. Payouts are processed manually via bank transfer within 2-5 business days of a request being submitted. Creators in certain regions may incur a small additional fee on payouts to cover international transfer costs. This fee is deducted from the payout amount and is typically under $3 USD. Creators should contact Nichr prior to their first payout request to confirm the applicable fee for their region.
Nichr acts as a facilitator, processing sales on your behalf. You are the seller of your content - Nichr is not the buyer or reseller. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, and income tax) on your earnings from Nichr in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Nichr does not withhold, collect, or remit tax on behalf of creators.
Founding members
Creators who join Nichr during its early stages are granted Founding Member status. This is a permanent recognition of your early support and will be visible on your creator dashboard. Founding Members may receive preferential fee rates or other benefits as the platform grows. Founding Member status cannot be transferred and is awarded at Nichr's discretion.
Content obligations
All content you upload must comply with the content policy above at the time of submission and on an ongoing basis. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and those of your customers.
You must not upload content that:
- Depicts or implies sexual content involving characters under 18 years of age
- Contains malware, spyware, or any harmful code
- Infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Violates any applicable law
- Misrepresents the content, functionality, or nature of the game
Cross-platform references
If your game contains references to other stores or platforms (e.g. links, logos, store pages), a link to Nichr.net must also be included and be equally as visible. Nichr should not be treated as a secondary storefront.
What you do off platform is your business - we won't tell you how to run your Patreon, Subscribestar, or presence on other stores. But any build uploaded to Nichr must follow Nichr's rules.
Review and takedown
All games are reviewed by Nichr before publication. Approval is at our sole discretion. We may remove any content from the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine it violates this agreement, the content policy, or any applicable law. Removal of content does not entitle you to any compensation for lost future earnings.
Creators are expected to follow instructions from Nichr staff promptly and in good faith. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in content removal or account termination.
If your content is removed due to a policy violation, any outstanding earnings may be withheld pending investigation.
Account termination
Either party may terminate your creator account at any time. On termination, your content will be removed from the platform and no longer available for new purchases. However, customers who have already purchased your games retain access to their library copies - the licence granted to existing purchasers survives termination.
Any outstanding earnings at the time of termination will be paid out within 30 days, provided no policy violations are under investigation and the minimum payout threshold has been met.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nichr, its operators, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Nichr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the creator tools or the performance of the marketplace. Our total liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. Creators will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of your creator account after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
